Your waffle iron makes a lot more than just waffles! Eggs cook super fast in a waffle maker, and this method makes it really easy to get perfect squares for your egg sandwiches! I used feta cheese here because it's less gooey. You can add in some cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage as well-let your imagination run wild!

The fastest way to cook eggs!

2 large eggs

1 green onion, chopped

1-2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

pepper to taste

optional: 3 fresh cherry tomatoes

1. Pre-heat your waffle iron until it's good and hot. Spray with non stick oil spray.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add about 3/4 of the feta, and 1 tbsp of the chopped green onion. Sprinkle with pepper. Mix well.

3. Pour the eggs into your waffle maker, being careful not to overfill. In mine, the two eggs covered about half of the space allotted.

4. Put down the lid for about 20 seconds, watching carefully. The eggs will cook fast!

5. Gently remove the eggs from the waffle iron, top with the sliced tomato and leftover feta, and eat!
