Healthy never tasted so delicious! Fresh and so full of flavour, you won't even notice that we've left the egg yolks out of this wrap. Whip some up for breakfast to power you through a busy morning or make them as a quick after school snack. You can make them with a larger wrap, just increase the amount of spinach, feta, and cream cheese.



A deliciously fresh and healthy way to start the day!


2 egg whites

1/3 cup chopped spinach

1 tbsp crumbled feta

1 tsp chive and onion spreadable cream cheese

1 six inch flour tortilla

cracked pepper and salt to taste

1. Spray a non stick pan with oil spray and put on a burner turned to medium low heat. When the pan has heated up, pour in the egg whites. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Let them cook while you assemble the rest of the wrap. Don't stir, but keep an eye on them.

2. Lay the tortilla out on the counter in front of you. Spread the cream cheese down the middle. Top with spinach and feta.

3. When the egg is cooked fold it over a few times and take it out of the pan. You may need to trim the ends before you put it in the tortilla so that it can fold up properly.

4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla. Taking the side closest to you, fold it over the filling and roll up tightly.Serve immediately.  Eat as is, or cut in half.
