Pizza flavours turn scrambled eggs and English muffins into something kids will love to eat for breakfast! Change them up by adding your favourite veggies if you like, but we stuck to pizza salami and mozzarella. They are something easy enough for the kids to make themselves, but tasty enough you'll want some for breakfast as well.

A kid friendly twist on eggs for breakfast!


2 English muffins, split

4 tbsp pizza sauce

4 eggs

8 thin slices of salami

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese



1. Split open the English muffins and toast them until golden.

2. Slather the toasted English muffins with pizza sauce. Lay two slices of pizza salami on top.

3. Scramble your eggs and divide them between the 4 English muffins. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

4. Put the pizzas in a warm oven briefly to melt the cheese.

5. Serve immediately!
