A can of crescent rolls makes this recipe easy! Just unroll, fill, and bake. You can change up the fillings by subbing different kinds of cheese or swapping out ham for bacon, but just pop them in the oven and soon you'll have breakfast ready to eat on the run! These would be great for kids on their way to school or just a snack later in the day.

Breakfast all rolled up ready to go.

1 package of crescent roll dough

1 tbsp butter

4 eggs, beaten

1 green onion, chopped

4 slices of bacon, cooked and sliced in half

1 1/2 cups sharp cheese, shredded

    1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a large skillet, melt about 1 Tbsp of better over medium heat. When it's completely liquified, turn the heat down to medium low, then add the chopped green onions and beaten eggs. Stir and cook them over low heat until cooked through and no longer runny. Remove the pan from the heat.

    3. Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the pieces, separating them. On the large end, place 1/2 piece of bacon, 1 Tbsp of the egg mixture, and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll from large end to the smaller one.

    4. Place the filled rolls on the lined baking sheet and continue filling them, one by one. Bake the filled rolls for about 15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

    5. Let the rolls cool a bit to room temperature before serving.
