Teach the kids how to make breakfast in only 3 minutes, and you will have extra time to sit back with your feet up in the morning! Scrambled eggs are easy to put together in the microwave, and can be ready before your bread even pops up from the toaster.
 

Creamy eggs and cheese before the toast is ready

Ingredients

2 large eggs

2 Tbsp milk

2 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese

 


Directions

1. Take a 12 oz microwave safe mug and either spray the inside with cooking oil or lightly grease with margarine.

2. In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the mug.

3. Cook the eggs in your microwave on high for 45 seconds. Give them a stir with a fork. Put in the microwave for another 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Stir the eggs again and add the cheese. Eat as soon as it is cool enough.
