2011 New Producer Program Lottery
March 29, 2011 - 2011 New Producer Program Lottery Update
The BC Farm Industry Review Board has exempted the BC Egg Marketing Board from running a new entrant lottery in 2012. Instead, the BC Egg Marketing Marketing Board will advance those two additional lots of 3,000 units to the current 2011 New Producer Program Lottery
Accordingly, the May 2011 New Producer Program lottery will award 3,000 units of Certified Organic layer quota to each of Six successful eligible applicants for markets within the Province of British Columbia .

01 March, 2010 - Results of the New Producer Program (NPP) Lottery
On January 25, 2010, the BCEMB announced the initiation of a New Producer Program Lottery. The lottery took place on March 1, 2010 to choose four participants in the New Producer Program. The four successful applicants will proceed to the next phase of the process. The four successful applicants are: Mrs. Geertie Fictorie, Mrs. Janita Minderhoud, Mr. Jeremy Vaandrager, and Mr. George Vander Veen.
