Chick Placement Permit - Revised May/09
Producers wishing to purchase chicks or pullets must have approval of the BCEMB before a Hatchery can place the eggs for hatching.

Egg Production Unit Relocation
For registered producers requesting to change the physical location of their egg production unit; or the physical location of a portion of their egg production unit.

Egg Production Unit - Temporary Relocation
For registered producers requesting to temporarily change the physical location of their egg production unit; or the physical location of a portion of their egg production unit.

Egg Production Unit (EPU) Lease Agreement Letter of Undertaking
For registered producers requesting to lease property and or barn(s) to be used for egg production.

Fowl Removal Booking Form
For registered producers requesting to ship their fowl.

Grading Station Change - Revised Feb/10
For registered producers requesting that another registered grading station receive their egg production.

Lease Egg Layer Quota – Revised June/10 
For registered producers requesting to lease quota from another registered producer

Levy Abatement 
For registered producers requesting their levy be waived due to significant production down-time.

Production Type Change - Revised June/08
For registered producers requesting to change their type of egg production. 

Quota Exchange: Offer of Quota - Revised Sept/08
For those registered producers offering quota on the BC Provincial Egg Quota Exchange.

Quota Exchange: Bid to Receive Quota - Revised Sept/08
For those requesting to bid on quota offered on the BC Provincial Egg Quota Exchange.

Quota Credits to Earn - Revised Feb/10
For registered producers requesting to earn quota credits due to events eligible for quota credits (e.g., disaster, disease, short placement). Please note that the following conditions apply for short placements: 1) Quota credits cannot exceed a maximum of 10 percent of the flock being replaced, and 2) Quota credits are only earned until the egg production unit's next flock placement.

Quota Credits to Transfer (Within Same Ownership)

For registered producers who wish to transfer quota credits within the same ownership only. Quota credits are not tradable; however, movement within the same ownership is not considered trading.

Quota Credits to Use (Special Permit Layer Quota Licence)
For registered producers requesting to use quota credits.

Small Lot Authorization Application
Small Lot Authorization producers are eligible for the Specialty New Entrant Program if they wish to grow beyond the 399 layer level, providing they meet the New Entrant requirements.

Transfer Egg Marketing Quota 
For those requesting to transfer quota and/or the egg production unit; for incorporation or change of name; or for transfer of shares in a corporate producer. Quota vendors must complete Transferor Letter of Undertaking.
